When you visit the Site, certain technical data is collected automatically (browser type, IP address, time zone, cookies). Other data is collected only when you provide it voluntarily, via a contact form, a quote request or newsletter sign-up: name, email, city, organisation, phone number.
This data is used to respond to your booking and quote requests, to keep you informed of our news if you have given consent, and to improve the operation of the Site.
Only if you accept them through the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure Site traffic and find out which ads led to a quote request, a phone call or a newsletter sign-up. When you send a quote request, your email address and phone number may be sent to Google in encrypted form (SHA-256 hashing, irreversible) to measure the effectiveness of our ads. No ads are displayed on the Site. These cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months.
