Booking, deposit, cancellation, security deposit and house rules for our group houses.
These general terms and conditions govern the booking and management of services offered by AJCRENNER SARL "Gîtes de Groupe Alsace-Vosges", registered at 58 rue de Rothau, 67130 Wildersbach. By booking, the customer acknowledges having read and fully accepted these terms.
The customer selects services with full knowledge of their content. The booking is considered accepted and final once the booking process is completed.
Un deposit d'environ 30 % du montant total du séjour is required to confirm the booking. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the rental contract and the presents T&Cs et du house rules. La réservation est ferme dès réception de l'deposit, confirmée par un email récapitulatif.
In accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation services. The booking is personal and non-transferable.
A form of ID may be requested on arrival. Compliance with the house rules and standards of conduct is mandatory; any breach may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
Photos and descriptions of the properties are for information purposes and are not contractually binding. AJCRENNER SARL cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure, unforeseeable acts of third parties, or fault on the part of the customer.
All complaints must be submitted in writing within 8 days of departure.
Prices are quoted in euros inclusive of all taxes. Additional services are not included unless otherwise stated. The tourist tax is payable on site if not included in the package price.
Data is processed by AJCRENNER SARL and its service providers: Monetico for card payment processing, TYLLT for security deposit management.
Payment of the deposit constitutes an electronic signature, equivalent to a handwritten signature. The client's IP address is recorded for security purposes.
In the event of force majeure, the contract is suspended without liability being incurred by either party.
These terms are governed by French law. After an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts in the jurisdiction of AJCRENNER SARL's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
A security deposit is required before check-in, by cheque or via the TYLLT app. It is returned within 10 days of departure if no damage is found. If the kitchen is not left clean, a flat fee of €400 is deducted.
In the event of damage, loss or insufficient cleaning, the customer is notified within 5 working days; the deduction is supported by an inspection report, quote or invoice.
The balance is due no later than 10 days before arrival (bank card or transfer), or in cash on arrival. Cheques are not accepted. Keys are handed over only to the named client on the contract, upon full payment.
A deposit of 30% is required for all bookings. The rental is seasonal (90 days maximum); subletting and assignment are forbidden. The maximum capacity of each house must be respected. Inflatable mattresses and camping (tents, campervans) are prohibited on the property.
One dog is allowed per house, up to the following weight limit:

The dog must sleep in its own basket (not in the beds or on the sofas). Cleaning or replacement charges may apply in the event of damage.
The rate includes water, electricity, heating, tourist tax, linen hire and end-of-stay cleaning. Exception: the kitchen must be returned clean, failing which a remediation fee will be charged.
